• Open water (or swimming pool)
• will also need to show competence in Canoe and Kayak skills

Personal Paddling Skills

• Lifting, carrying and launching/landing
• Forward paddling
• Reverse over a figure of 8 course
• Moving sideways
• Supporting, both sides

Rescue Skills

• Capsize and empty Craft
