Multi Instructor Package

The Multi qualification course includes SPA, Level 2 Kayak Coach, Local Cave Leader, Mountain Leader Summer and First Aid. The Multi instructor course lasts five months. During this course candidates will undergo an initial training phase in each of the disciplines being covered, the training course will then be completed after which consolidation period of practicing the skills learned with other candidates and with beginners in the sport. During this phase candidates will be under the supervision of qualified trainers. Throughout the course you will be given personal interviews with your trainers to review progress. At the end of the course you will receive a final interview with the chief instructor and a personal action plan will be agreed upon. The course then disperses for consolidation of the skills and techniques learned. When the candidate feels ready they return for assessments.
