Coasteering is a fairly new activity which encompasses coastal traversing and scrambling over a stretch of coastline jumping into the sea, catching waves in gullies, climbing up rock faces only to jump back into the sea on the other side. This is a maximum grin activity always one to promote lots laughs and anecdotes for weeks to come. Our expert guides will issue each of you with a wetsuit helmet and buoyancy aid and lead you on one of many well chosen routes for a great adventure. Clients will need to bring old footwear, towel and shorts or tracksuit bottoms . The cost of the great event is £40 per person.

Mountain Biking can be set at whatever level you like from gentle moorland and woodland rides to full on descents with jumps and north shore. Our qualified leaders will guide your group on routes we know well so that you will get the most from your mountain bike day. We can rent you a bike for £12 or you can bring your own your own. The cost is £20 per person

Sumps and Jumps is an excellent way to spend a few hours. This entails jumping off the biggest sea cliffs that you dare and finding the deepest underwater caves that can swim through without you lungs bursting. We provide your group with a guide who will have done all the jumps many times before and have swam through all the sumps  to check their safety. We provide each member with a wetsuit helmet and buoyancy aid. Bring old footwear towel and shortsor tracksuit bottoms. Great fun for £40 per person

Rock Climbing and Abseiling A good day out on the crag climbing can be chosen at whatever level you and your group desire. Fully qualified professional instructors to guide and coach you in the skills required to scale the rocks. You will need a pair of trainers, all other equipment supplied. The cost is £30 per person.

Gorge walking is scrambling up or down a river, the scramblers wear wet suits buoyancy aids and helmets for protection as they slide down water shoots, leap from boulder to boulder squeeze through the tight spots on the river bed. Great team fun and lead as in all Avalon Adventure activities by a fully trained and experienced guide. All equipment supplied except footwear. Cost £40 per person.
